The Federal Palace Hotel is located in the commercial hub of Victoria Island in Lagos. It was Established in 1960 as the country’s premier international hotel, which was originally owned by the Victoria Beach Hotel, as part of the A. G. Leventis trading group. It is a 150-room hotel and Considered “a huge landmark of the Lagos metropolis the hotel is notable for having been the setting for the signing of Nigeria’s Declaration of Independence and also where the Queen of England was accommodated during her visit then.It has been a Sun International property since 2007.
The Lagos Mainland Hotel also owned by the Victoria beach hotel is located in the heart of the busy Oyingbo in Lagos. The A.G Leventis still retains its ownership till date.
