Chief A. G. Leventis formed a trading company in Ghana in 1938, importing and wholesaling textile goods. The enterprise expanded into Nigeria and grew alongside the country itself — through independence, industrialisation and into the digital age.
Today the Group operates across five core verticals — Leventis Motors, Fleet Solutions, Real Estate, Retail and Industrial Services — employing over 900 people and representing more than 40 global partner brands nationwide.

Beyond the businesses he built, Chief A. G. Leventis was honoured as the first Babalaje of Egbaland, a traditional chieftaincy title, having lived in Abeokuta from 1922 to 1926 — a personal chapter of a Nigerian story that would grow into a nearly nine-decade institution.
